An accident report must be completed after contact with a doctor. The institutions and departments report the accident immediately using the internal accident report to Office of Occupational Safety, Environmental and Health Protection at unfallmeldungtu-dortmundde.

In the event of a commuting accident, the corresponding questionnaire commuting accident report for employees of TU Dortmund University must also be completed.

For minor injuries that do not require a visit to the doctor, please still document the incident using the digital reporting pad in the service portal. If consequences of the initially harmless injury arise later, you are insured and the incident is documented.

Alternatively, you can fill out a page of the report form (in the first aid kit, if available) and send it by internal mail to Office of Occupational Safety, Environmentag and Health Protection.
