Hydrofluoric acid and inorganic fluorine compounds
Before starting work with hydrofluoric acid and inorganic fluorine compounds, you must observe the following:
- Activity-related risk assessment (we are happy to help with this)
- Preparation of operating instructions (we are happy to help with this)
- Safety instruction
- is offered twice a year by Office of Occupational Safety, Environmental und Health Protection
- Registration via internal training or by arrangement
- in German and, if necessary, in English
- Compulsory occupational health care
- before starting work, then after 12 months, then every 36 months
- Appointment with Ms. Marlene Schmidt

- Provision of a first aid kit specially adapted to this work
- Procurement via Office of Occupational Safety, Environmental und Health Protection
We also recommend attending a first aid course specifically for accidents involving hydrofluoric acid and inorganic fluorine compounds.
