Hydrofluoric acid and inorganic fluorine compounds

Before starting work with hydrofluoric acid and inorganic fluorine compounds, you must observe the following:

  • Activity-related risk assessment (we are happy to help with this)
  • Preparation of operating instructions (we are happy to help with this)
  • Safety instruction
    • is offered twice a year by Office of Occupational Safety, Environmental und Health Protection
    • Registration via internal training or by arrangement
    • in German and, if necessary, in English
  • Compulsory occupational health care
  • Provision of a first aid kit specially adapted to this work
    • Procurement via Office of Occupational Safety, Environmental und Health Protection

We also recommend attending a first aid course specifically for accidents involving hydrofluoric acid and inorganic fluorine compounds.
