Basic tasks
- Organize, create, ensure and control the technical, organizational and personnel structures in the field of teaching and research
- Design facilities in such a way that accidents and occupational illnesses are avoided
- Creating risk assessments and implementing suitable measures
- Creating operating instructions for a safe work process
- Implementation and organization of instructions
- Monitoring compliance with safety regulations, including the reporting of hazardous situations
- Internal organization of rescue chains and emergency management (e.g. recruitment of first responders, telephone groups, etc.)
- Internal organization, e.g. appointment of officers (e.g. recruitment of safety officers, etc.)
- Observance of occupational health precautions (e.g. notification of new employees and their activities in Unit 7)
